I have someone that wants to sign up for DirecTV but the D* locals are college station and the E* locals are Houston. They want to maintain their Houston locals. I seem to remember having this problem about 5 months ago and someone gave me this email to some person in the correct area. I have been scavenging the forums and my emails and have had no success. I remember the email was someone else that had the problem and some person replied with the answer. If anyone can please help me =)

It should go by zip code + county. Often the website will go zip code, but if they don't click the county it may show the wrong ones. Directv and Dish should be the same, they are supposed to use the same database so to speak.
My guess is the web site, or the CSR they spoke to, didn't enter the county.
