This may sound like a stupid question! I am thinking of buying a new HDTV (Sony 40V2500) I have had Direct Tv for 10 years on two analog TV's. I am planning on getting a new updated Hd dish from Direct TV. Will I be able to recieve the local Denver stations through Direct Tv without usiug an OTA antenna? Will I still be able to get SD on my second TV through the new dish or will I have to have two dish's?

Check this link for info on your local hd channels. DIRECTV - Local Channels Yes, you will get sd channels on other tv's with one dish, but you need to have a receiver for each tv, or be willing to watch the same thing on different sets.
