local HD and OTA question

I live on Long Island , NY about 30 miles from all local stations. I have the HD package but I am not getting ABC Monday Night football in HD. Do I need an OTA to receive this broadcast. If so, what OTA do you recommend and can an idiot with no knowledge of this stuff like myself, install it?

Yes it will only come to you OTA. I recommend you get someone whom is not an idiot (couldn't resist) to do it for you. Or you could try the Zenith Silver Sensor and if that does not work, then move to the rooftop.
