Local Channels At Vacation Home

I have a DTV account at our main home in the Tampa Bay Florida area in which we receive all the channels including our local channels. I have a vacation home in the Knoxville TN area that is running off our Florida account. We just pay for the extra boxes of course and receive all the channels we receive at home, except for locals. So my question is, how can I receive the local channels in TN?

According to DTV, the Knoxville locals are available in my zip/area but when I switch to a local channel, I get a message that says the channel is unavailable.

We have an older DTV TIVO box - not sure if that matters.

You need to move your FL account to TN while you are there then move it back to FL when you return.

Does that older receiver have a digital OTA tuner? If so, hook up an OTA antenna and pick up the locals that way.
