I have the LNB drift detected message on my 622 so I want to order a new LNB. My question is how do I know what to order. I did my own install from products I bought from Dishstore.net. I have what I beleive is a dish 1000+ and a Dish 500 getting 4 sattelites with a dpp44.

Is there something in the on screen menu that will tell me what my LNB is called?

Oops...after looking at some of my old posts this is my setup. I have a dish 500+ and a dish 500. The old 500 is looking at the 61.5.

The following was written by the man at dishstore.net

So what I sold the customer was a Dish500 Plus Dish, which included the 110/119/118 LNBF.

Customer removes the regular DISH 1000 which leaves him with 3 cable connections. The customer installs the DISH500 Plus and hooks those 3 cable connections up to 119/110/118, the customer then uses 61.5 to pick up the HD content which is better anyways since 61.5 provides a superior signal.

Can anyone help with the new LNB I have to order and how do I know if it is the LNB on the 500 or the 500+ that needs replaced?

Thanks?

which satellite is showing drift?

if it's 61.5 or 110 you need a DishPro Dual or DishPro Single.

if it's 119 or 118 it's the Dish Plus 119/118 combined LNBF (the big square one with the two connections).
