It's possible to watch 4:2:2 video live on your HDTV if you have a Sat2IP Server and a sufficiently powerful Android STB. I have been watching CBS 4:2:2 on 89W C-band. No AzBox needed.
I used my Amiko Mini HD SE running its built-in Big2Small server and a Big2Small client from the Google Play Store on my Vigica C90S (either Arriva Big2Small or ALi Big2Small will work, there may be others). In addition, MX Player is needed.
The only downside is that the video frame rate is low. I got an estimated 15 frames per second, but the sound was good.
Of course, it would be nice to get more than 15 frames per second. I don't know if MX Player is using all 4 processor cores available in the Vigica. Maybe there is a better Android player for this purpose?
