I wonder if there will be any feeds tommorow for the live 8 show would be intersting to see some raw feeds

I'm not a member of WUT (I think I applied a little too early), but I read somewhere that MTV and BBC feeds will be on Pas 9 C-band.

Mods, feel free to delete this if it is too much info for an open forum.

Thanks.

I'm looking forward to the London show. I've managed to find a still shot of the stage so far with other channels with names that correspond to some of the other European venues.

As I was debating whether to post specifics... I found:

http://live8.buzztone.com/broadcasters/?a=2

Which contains:

Please note the following routing for the World feed distribution (as of 10.06.05):

Well, that's a start for the C-banders. The 'All signals will be encoded with NDS-RAS.' part can me spooked but the stuff I'm seeing is in the clear on Ku so far. The 'Paris' barker says 'BBC London TV Centre, ICR - Live8 World distribution' and lists LIVE8PRODUCTION.COM.

I guess we'll see in the morning!

Live 8-- 4 Cities up on AMC9

Fr 11758 Horizontal
SR 24500
Hyde Park, Paris, Berlin, Rome

World Feed Test bars:
11888 Horizontal
SR 10000

11867 MHz SR 5632 on AMC 9 Ku Horizontal rotates from city to city. :)

Since this is an international feed and the fact that they will not scamble this feed as many companies are pulling from these feeds (without decoders) I am moving this to the regular FTA area.

BTW help support Live 8 by not giving money, but by giving your name. There will be a spot on the SatelliteGuys homepage in a few moments telling you how you can lend a hand!

Yup - the Berlin feed is in German. I thought the Will Smith thing was cool too.

Things like this make my FTA investment SO worth it :)

What an amazing coincendence that Michael Stipe walks into a freshly painted 2x4 before each show. :)
