lil' help please

Hey guys,

I'm trying to get SCETV on 63W, but when I blind scan on the Coolsat 5000 all I get is several $ channels like TV 959 ... with Nagravision encryption on TP 11.646V with a linear LNB. I checked Lyngsat, but I have no idea what this sat is.

sounds like you're picking up 61.5 and the lnb lo is off

try and manually enter the TP info and aim the dish
