Letters appearing on screen

Have letters appearing in the upper left hand corner over my picture. Anyone know whats causing this???

Is it possible Closed-Captioning got turned on, either on your TV or the 811? What channel(s) are you seeing this on?

No on the closed captioned. These are tiny letters barely ledgible in the upper left corner. Sometimes they appear and then go away. It's something in the signal. It happens on more than one channel.

Not trying to argue with you just wanting to point out that the 811 captions use too small a font making tiny letters. (it could be a 811 CC bug that makes it try to display captions when its "OFF")

same issue here. Can't figure it out. peallan has had the same issue.
