Today I get this back from VOOM regarding their approximate $2.00 monthly bill increase...

We certainly apologize for any confusion that has been caused by the raise in your monthly service rate. Since we are a new company, for legal reasons we did not begin charging sales tax on our monthly equipment charge until we had proper verification on how this had to be taxed. The difference that you see in your monthly service rate is due to the addition of tax charges on your monthly equipment charge.
