Has it at certain to be renewed. Most likely because they need another season for syndication. Plus the ratings are not too bad for Friday nights.

Well a 4th season usually means a 5th season. 4 seasons are not enough episodes to really syndicate, but a fifth one would mean they can keep reselling the show for years.
