LA direct tv from Caribbean?

I'm in Trinidad and Tobago with a Caribbean Direct TV package. Little did I know that Caribbean has cancelled all U.S. listings available...No packages. So little stuff its like they might be going under. But....They sent me a new LMB and receivers. If I change to the Latin America Direct TV satellites will I run into a problem? Like them blocking my receivers or anything? I'm well within the satellites range.
