I am new here so be easy please.
We full time in our motor coach, KVH Tracvision LM in motion system, two new HDTV's, Channel Master multiswitch installed. One other planned TV in bay, the reason for the multiswitch.
My question is this, we only get the even transponders when the input feed is on the 13 volt side, odd transponders only on the 18 volt side. All new cable. With this we only are getting one set of channels on the even, a different set on the odd.
How can we get all transponders working to receive all the channels we pay for?
We have had DirecTV service for several years, I have not called in for assistance yet.
Do I need to hook up another cable to the LNB in the dome and feed the two incoming input cables independently? The dome has RF1 and RF2.
What should we do to correct the problem?
Thanks,
Paul
