Kuil TV FOX signal quality level!

I am watching the rounders (baseball) here on AMC-4 (ALT. v CHC.) and I just noticed the signal quality is through the roof 90% this is usually a very weak signal for me, anyone got a signal quality level check and your location ? Thanks!

My strongest signal is 3ABN @ 11.822GHz - 90%
