Big thankyou to Zach of the DIRT team. He responded to my request for a program change literally within minutes! I emailed my order and ten minutes later all the channels were up. Great service.

Definitely kudos to Zach, but the quickest way is to log in to dishnetwork.com! After my Mom's 722K upgrade (thanks Mary!) I logged her in and signed her up for Free HD for Life, within 10 minutes, all the HD channels were active!
