NO. That's an older receiver that I'm pretty sure they don't provide updates for anymore. You'd be far better off buying an Edision OS MIO 4k receiver from Titanium for $185, then buying the dish off Ebay for $99, and the motor from Hypermegasat for $120.
Yep, that's about $5.00 more, BUT, it's a superior receiver that'll serve you well for years!
