Well I had a old calamp KU lnb 1.0
It was not piciing up the GO {XO} satellite channels 600 & 601 well,It would pop in and out..
Had a Aspen .08 KU lnb and put that on and the pic got better and no more pop in and outs...
Now I am find that the X0 {GO] satellite still has a decent pic...
But when i go to DVB it seemd that all the stations from 1 - 17 comes in and out but 18 and onnnn will come in well..
Wondering will a good norsat LNB help at all........Thanks JT

Local oscillator (L.O.) stability means as much as the noise factor on the LNB. Norsat makes a line of LNBs with very stable L.O. frequency. The 11009LA is an example.

Just found a Gardinier 1.0 ku band lnb in my basement....
Its about 10 years old and was wondering is it any better then the aspens?
Should I try it out first and if its not any better then I should go with the norsat???JT
