Indianapolis, Ind. – Klipsch launched its first two Dolby Atmos-enabled speakers, which add height channels to a surround system that incorporates Atmos object-based surround decoding. The RP-280FA tower speaker is an all-in-one solution that features integrated height driver, which fires up to reflect sound off the ceiling to deliver overhead sound. It retails for a suggested $2,400/pair. The RP-140SA height speaker at $500/pair adds the elevation effect to any existing home theater speaker system. It can also be used as a surround speaker. Klipsch also offers in-ceiling speakers that can be used for height channels. - See more at: http://www.twice.com/news/speakers/klipsch-goes-atmos/57865#sthash.WUCdyGfq.dpuf
