Just tried ordering 622 product

We are a DishNetwork Retailer and a DNS subcontractor, we tried ordering with Chicago Echosphere office and they say there is a software issue with 622's and they won't release any for 14-21 days. We also had an existing customer (not our org. customer) call into corporate customer service number this morning specifically asking for 622 (Dish It Up) and the customer service rep set him up with 411 install tomorrow for 50.00. We had to call and cancel it for him or change it to 622, they charged 299.99 to his credit card, said they would ship it directly to him and changed his install date to 2-25-06. So, as it stands from what we know the dual tuner HD/DVR is on hold, if anyone else on the retailer side gets product, can you let us know!! We are frustrated as we have some of our own existing customer's and new they are waiting!!
 
Scott pretty said the same thing earlier, in another post. Apparently there are problems with the 622's. Go figure. A new receiver being buggy? Didn't see that one coming. LOL

And yes, the $299 Disn'N'It Up fee is standard. To be honest, it wouldn't surprise me if things get extended beyond the 14 - 21 day window

hey do you have any idea how many is in stock at wood dale? Im just curious :) sence i got an install date of the 10th I think im going to be a super duper beta tester LOL
