Is there a simple way to return to LIVE TV after pausing a live program?

Ok. Got it. I was looking for a "simple" solution like a LIVE TV button.

But that resets your 90 minute buffer.

I think you can just hit the stop button and it goes to live. Well maybe i need to check. I know it's probable a neat function but why pause a show then not pick it up from there?
