Joey Lost Signal

I have a Hopper with three Joey's.

One of the Joey's has lost signal and the other two work just fine.

I've "reset" and also "unplugged" the Joey several times and it still will not receive a signal.

Is there something I'm missing here?

Try swapping the Joey with problems with one of the good ones. If the problems stays contact DIRT and get it replaced.

Hate to do this. But I must.





The HDMI cable was loose on the back of the TV. Plugged in, but not fully.
