Joey Audio ?

Can you use both outputs (HDMI and composite) on the Joey at the same time? I am trying to figure out how to get the audio from the Joey to a sound bar, if possible. Believe it or not, my brand new 32" LG LED LCD TV does not have an audio out, it only has 2 HDMI and one component inputs. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

As far as I know you should be able to use the audio out with no issues. My dad has recorded a news program to a DVD from one of our hoppers using a composite output while staying connected by HDMI. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I do not see why you would not also be able to do this on a Joey.

Get a optical cable if you are using hdmi to the tv. Hdmi is digital and composite are analog. The sound won't match. Optical is digital so it should match

Yes. That is the way I have the sound bar in the wife's work room.
