It seems dish does not want me as a customer anymore

This statement really bothers me. Banned because a customer says you don't listen to customer's complaints/requests, now that's a real good selling point for Dish. If the customer's statement is false then just add a reply with the facts that Dish does listen. Then the reader has both sides of the issue.

And really, don't ask for Fearnet on Facebook, you have to be kidding. How many here have been told not to ask for every channel in HD, or for RSNs, or for whatever channel a subscriber has a passion for? Is this policy written down somewhere?

Now I am with any moderator erasing posts, locking threads or ban an individual for not being civil on those forums/social sites. There is not a need to be nasty. But if you are civil, there is no harm. Actually companies should encourage this kind of feedback. How better to determine your customers needs/wants is to have feedback.

after i said dish doesn't listen to its customers they banned me a few minutes later. they never replied to that post. i sent them a pm and asked why was i banned for that? i got a copy and paste message about them thanking me for my support. Matt g is the one who told me to never ask for FEARnet again in public on the dish facebook page. he said to pm him. i posted the requests on the dish facebook page to get the word out about the channel. it was working because i would get pm's asking what it was. i was always nice on dishes page and i even helped other customers with problems they had.
 
I know. It's not like he's asking for a mob hit or something. There is another one on there (Tony Gothard) that they will probably say something to but I don't know him and am just looking at frequency of posts and requests / questions. If you don't want customer feedback you certainly don't need a FB page for a company.

I got to say, Dish has been getting a lot of people mad. Could we merge all these threads about Dish's wrong doings to people. That way I can scan them quicker and move on to something that relates more to me.

Not saying that I will never leave Dish, but if I do. I won't make an entire new thread when there are plenty here all ready.

My life totally changed due to those replacements. I don't know what I would have done without HDNet Movies & AXS.tv on channels 130 & 131 ... well i'm off to watch one of my blockbuster @ home movies from my queue .. see ya *L*
 
Where the OP lives he is limited on options. Basically OTA or satellite ;)
(I've conversed with him via PM about options and there really isnt any)
 
No you haven't left. But let me dangle this carrot in front of you. My parents get FearNet on their FiOS system. :)
