Issues with dish anywhere app?

Ive noticed that the dish anywhere app on my iphone and ipad dont work. They cant seem to find the receiver. Under settings - live tv and dvr - receivers, my hws has a yellow dot next to it. I reset the network on the receiver (it was fine to begin with), still have a yellow dot. My stuff is on ios7.

Is this a known issue

Try re-booting your router. About 5 or 10 minutes later it should turn green.
