issue with LNB

I'm only getting the H TPs to come thru. I think that its a power issue to get the KUL2 to switch. My question is this, do both outputs have to be connected for the power to operate correctly?

nope. If you have one box hooked up just run the cable directly

If you have more than 2 receivers then yes you need both lines hooked up

Only getting HORIZONTAL ?

- what bird are you looking at?
- what receiver are you using?
- what LNB settings do you have? <---- this could cause the problem if set to OCS
- what switches or other hardware do you have between LNB and receiver?
