Is UPN in LA via OTA down??? Anyone Else?

UPN channel 13 in Los Angeles via OTA has been down for the the last 3 days??? I was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing problems too?
Are they already powering down due to the merger with the WB????

No problems here using my H20 + CM OTA antenna. 100% signal.

I live in Moreno Valley (just east of Riverside) and get all of the other LA channels at 80% or better on my Dish 811. KCOP is the only one that my receiver will not lock on and it has been that way for several months. Not sure if it is because of the power level or location of the transmitter. At one point I could lock on it if I tuned the channel and let it sit for a minute or so. Now it won't even do that. Not that there is anything worth watching on that channel anymore since they cancelled ST: Enterprise.

It actually started to lock on again for me. Yeah, the only things I watch on that channel are reruns of Seinfeld. Oh, and don't forget Lauren Sanchez that news anchor. mmmm
