Is There a Latvian FTA channel?

Title says it all. I thought I saw, a few years ago, a Latvian FTA channel. A friend's mom, from Latvia, might be interested in watching some TV from the motherland.

Any recollection of such a channel?

Nothing from Latvia that I'm aware of. You might be thinking of the Lithuanian channel LRT Lituanica (formerly LTV World), which has been on Galaxy 19 for a long time.

I echo kofi123's post, nothing in my experience from Latvia on Ku band here in the US .Plenty of other countries represented though.

Even in Europe, there are no FTA Latvian channels. Only streaming via internet could be a solution.

Thanks, I've been trying to figure out what I'd seen before, it was probably LTV.
