For the past few days I have not been able to access remote access. I've tried from my home router, my work and also disabled the onboard wireless and use my Verizon aircard so I know it's not my connection. All other websites work fine.
I get this error:
can’t open the page “https://customersupport.dishnetwork.com/customercare/prepMobileLogon.do” because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection. This sometimes occurs when the server is busy. Wait for a few minutes, and then try again.
