Is pocketDish compatible w/ subscription music services?

I'm looking for a Rhapsody to go compatible player - if pocketDish works and is only about $50 more than the units I'm looking at, I may give it a try. Also, does anyone know how good the return policy would be with pocketDish - does it depend on the retailer or is it through echostar?
