Is it possible to use my Globecast TV subscription smartcard in my DVB World CAM smartcard reader?

I have a paid subscription to Globecast TV channels using their provided receiver. I would like to use my computer to watch these channels. I have a CAM smart card reader that is compatible with the smartcard used by Globecast. Is my smartcard married to the receiver they sent me? How can I use my smartcard for a different tuner that I own?

I believe that they are married just like Dish/Bev receivers. I do know that they will not authorize any receiver but their own.
