I've been fooling around with the built in tuner on my TV and I noticed that stations start to breakup (Similar to DBS with the pixelation etc..) I went out side and moved my antenna around (I can see the TV from the antenna) until my local CBS didn't breakup anymore. It worked fine but I switched channels and the other locals broadcasting in HD broke up a bit. I know with analog I had to turn the antenna towards each transmitter. Is this the same thing with HD?

Yep...it's about the samething! Your best bet would be to either find the "Sweet Spot" to get them all in good, or get a Rotor mounted?

Thanks that's what I figured after fooling around with it.

The reception of digital and analog is essentially the same concept. They're both broadcasting from towers to our antennas and our antenna needs to be oriented toward the tower to pick up the station.

Omni's are only good (well not really good) within 10 miles or so, and they are VERY susceptible to multi-path.
