Is E* planning to offer CW?

Hi. Does E* have any plans to offer The CW in HD conus? They have KTLA, WPIX, KWGN in SD. So why not in HD?

WPIX is in HD in the New York Market.. (I think its on a spot beam)

Many of us have said that DISH should offer the superstations in HD but DISH has not chosen to do so.
