Is Dish using MPEG4?

Strange question out of curiosity. I have a VIP211, which is MPEG4. Is dish transmitting anything in MPEG4 or is everything still MPEG2 right now?

If they aren't, does anyone know why?

Transmitting in both at the moment. Most of the equipment is still only capable of MPEG-2. I believe since the dish pre-paid is using only MPEG-2, that will be around for a long time to come. I think it is a bad move, considering the piracy issue.
