Back in December we made the decision as a household to leave dish after almost 5 years and return to DirecTV mainly because my brother is an L.A. sports fan and had to have Spectrum Sportsnet while my mom has to have ATT Sportsnet Southwest for the Houston teams. We hadn't used Directv since before the merger with Ma Bell and boy was I amazed at how bad things have gotten under AT&T's reign. My biggest concern now is that I've been hearing that they eventually want to transition from Satellite to An IP based delivery system and if that's the case then I will be more than happy to sacrifice sports programming and an ETF to return to Dish. I actually miss Dish and if it wasn't for my families needs, I would have stayed.
