Installing now. 
I hope it fixes the issues I have been having on AT&T where I get 5 bars on their 4G (not LTE) Network yet I am unable to get on the internet.
This issue only happens to me in certain areas and AT&T told me that the issue might be cause by them upgrading those areas to support LTE. The strange part is my wifes iPhone 4S works find in the same area on the same network.

Nothing of note for iPad users from what I can tell.. as far as that LTE issue goes Scott I think it's someone at AT&T talking out of their a$$. Did they happen to provide an ETA as to when said LTE upgrades would be completed?
I just read that. Some folks saying it was crashing on iPhone and iPad. Both of mine seem to be ok though.
And just like the JB for 6.0, this one too is untethered for the older bootrom 3GS phones
