Good evening! I am new to the Forum and just wanted to introduce myself. I am the soonerlover from OK. I am an avid RV'er and just trying to learn more about the satellite world out there. I have only know Cox Cable at home. Now trying to figure out my best options for TV while in the RV.

I used to take a receiver and dish on a tripod when RVing. Haven't done so in quite a while. But the tripod approach works, at least it did for SD for me, and allows more chances of finding a line of sight than a dish mounted on the RV.
It does take some learning to get the knack, so practice at your home first.
