Interpreting LyngSat

Under the listings for Free TV North America, some of the listings have the letter "F" in a box for free. Others are listed, also in the same color, but are DVB or Digicipher2. What is the meaning of these other two listings?

DVB (Digital Video Broadcast) are digital signals (FTA)

Digicipher2 is an Video Encryption (Not FTA)
