Internet connection help

Going to hook up internet to my 622 and when the 922 come out I will hook the internet to that to take advantage of the slingbox...

my question is what equipment do I need to hook my 622 (922 soon) to the internet...

if I was to go wireless then what would I need

If your router is close enough to your 622 receiver you can connect it directly with an ethernet cable. If you wanted to connect wirelessly DISH Network has a wireless adapter for $25. If you send me a PM with your phone or account number I can assist you with ordering an adapter.

If a tech is coming out for the 922, wait. There is a good chance he will set with either sling link or usb wireless adapter without you having to purchase.

I appreciate the responses...ill hold off of the adapter unless I really need it but will def keep it in mind...

I will try to get the internet guy to hook it up close enough to the 622...from what I'm getting I'll just need an ethernet cord hooked up to the 622 if Im in close vacinty???

CAT6 or CAT5e is fine.
