Guess we can look forward to Me-TV and other subchannels looking more like cellphone-video in the future. I don't look for many big changes to MPEG4 OTA soon, like the article says, costs too much to upgrade equipment, and at a time when broadcasters are scrambling to keep what viewers they have.
