installation questions

I was wondering will they be able to install and point the new dish that is required for MPEG4 local HD, without the new HR20 receiver? The best that retention could do is replace the dish on the 9th but I won't get the receiver until VE can ship them out, likely arriving around the 18th. I will have no problem hooking up the receiver myself as I have done it many times before, after the installer hooked it up wrong.

They use signal meters, they won't need a H(R)20 receiver to install/align the dish.
