Installation bump up

I had my voom installation bumped from this coming Monday to yesterday now I call that a move in the right direction. The installation went okay except for one thing the installer used my existing OTA antenna which was fine I told him to but instead of mounting it on the pole from the roof or from the eve he mounted it on a sat pole which only makes it a few inches off the roof. Talked to customer service they created a work order to have the antenna mounted properly. I've had to have the boxes hit for Playboy HD my wife asked why Playboy HD I said I just studying all HD channels picture quality. Voom customer service is always great.
