i have a install for voom on 12-24-04
in the moring. we had a snow storm i have 18 inches of snow,

Why dont you call the installer and find out?

If you do not know the number of the installer, call installs inc and let them know that you would like the installer to call you.

18 inches of snow ? do they need to go on a roof ? would you go on the roof with 18 inches of snow on it? i wouldnt . and voom hasnt shown up for me on a beautiful day so if they do show im taking it personal LOL
