I got inspected on a job that I did a couple weeks ago. The dish wasn't grounded due to no grounding source available close by. But then the cust put their dvd player and a nick nack on top of the receiver. The inspector hit me on that.

It pisses me off that the inspector has to go to this extreme to find something wrong but I don't understand how we can be hit on something that is completely out of our (installers) control.

Just a reminder to us installers.

For Dish Network, tactics like this are just business as usual. Like 'Chainblu' said, go to the Installerzone and get in line.
