Info Screen keeps popping up on Dish 311

Anyone know how to fix this issue? 311 activated a couple weeks ago. Every 15 seconds Info screen pops up...tied reboots....reset to default.....recheck switch...nothing works....help please.

1-800-333-3474 talk to tech support about replacement. If it is used and owned buy the protection plan. If leased it should only be shipping charge.

You dont have an idea how to fix this error without returning the receiver? Title and channel info continues to pop up.

Tried changing the remote channel? Otherwise, call up tech support.
