I had Dish installed with a Hopper 3 on Tuesday. Recordings are going into a folder. When I open the folder, most of the icons are the same. 2 hours ago when I called Support, 6 out of 9 were the same. By the time I got to a technical specialist, 7 out of 9 were the same. Since then 2 new recordings have been added and those icons are correct. Tech support claimed it is "working as designed". A supervisor could only offer to turn it over to another group, and did not agree to have someone contact me.
