There was a noticeable improvement in PQ for the Hartford locals after the switch to MPEG4. Last night I watched a UCONN men's basketball game on a local channel, and it actually looked good!!... And this was on an SD channel!!! Maybe they gave us some of the extra bandwith that they gained by switching to MPEG4.
