If i cancel Dish ?

If i close my Dish account. When i come back will i have to be under any contract ?

I own all of my Equip. and lease nothing..

If you own your own equipment you can come back anytime but they will charge you a $25 activation fee.

I have a friend that has been doing this for the past 3-4 years. He owns everything and he will get dish for a few months and then cancel. He gets tired of playing with C-band and gets dish again, and then cancels........on and off. All he does is pay a $25 dollar reconnect fee. He has actually got them to waive it a couple of times, by threating Directv, but it don't work everytime.

Also it will depend on what rules DISH has at the time of reconnection. Don't count on the rules in effect today being in effect tomorrow with DISH.
