What is going to happen to the channels that have already stopped broadcasting their digital signal who are switching frequencies, waiting for an analog frequency to free up so they can start broadcasting at the new frequency?
Are these channels just going to be off the air until the gov't decides to go ahead with the digital transition (assuming it is delayed from the Feb date)?
