Identifier missing in 61.5

Has anyone else had a problem with a Bird Dog meter reading the identifer in the signal for 61.5. I have a tough site that i am working at and spent quite a bit to time yesterday trying to find a spot to put the dish. The meter would read the signal but it did not say that i had the right satellite. Not sure what was going on i checked things with my working system from home and found the same thing. I download new info and reloaded my meter and still no luck. It will read satellite signal but not the identifier telling me it's 61.5
