I would like to "move" back to Cleveland for the locals, but I have the 1000 dish with no 61.5 availability. Seeing what is on 61.5 for Erie, PA, it's not much. Looks like a bunch of public access type channels.
What is the possibility to get E* to install a new dish to see 61.5, for free because I want those public access channels? I know eventually, I'll have to get something to see my RSN's (currently on 129).
Right now, from Dish's perspective I see no other logical reason for anyone in Erie, PA to receive anything from 61.5.
Any ideas?
